We use a plugin called Contact Form 7 to allow website users to contact us. If you submit an email through this form, your email address, name and any message you include will be sent to the above email address.

If you join our system as a member, we will collect more of your personal data at the point of registration, and will explain why at the time.

How long we retain your data

If you send a message through our contact form, your data will be kept for up to a year, or until you ask us to delete it.

Members’ data will be kept for up to 5 years from the last point of contact, or until you ask us to delete it.

What rights you have over your data

You have the right to request to see any of your personal data that may be held by us, and to ask us to delete it from our systems.

Where your data is sent

Messages sent through our contact form may be subject to checking through an automated spam detection service.
